Day 022

Today was a wasted day. I hate people in the gym who feel the need to disturb you and “make conversation”. I only realized it when the gym was closing that this person was wasting my time.

Here I’m trying to focus and this dude keeps talking, if I ignored and started working he would physically get my attention by poking or tapping me on the shoulder. It was bad, at one point and time I thought about hitting him with a dumbbell. Fuck this asshole.

That’s it, for next session I’m going to ignore people. And if he tries this poking/tapping shoulder thing again, I’m a cuss him out, politeness be damned.
