Day 021 Badass in making.

For the last week or so the number of people working out has been increasing ridiculously. There are new people everywhere and it feels weird. It’s a weird feeling when people now consider you to be one of the old timers or hardcore lifters, mostly because it’s not true.

I am not by any definition of the words, a hardcore lifter. My workout is nowhere near being hardcore, it’s a simple, beginner workout, that’s it. While I am a regular, I do not think I qualify as a gym old timer. I do not even qualify as Intermediate if I’m to be honest, I think I’m an upper beginner.

But I have to admit, it does stroke your ego a little when you hear people talking in awe about your workout.
