Great Scott! Finally the first week is over. I don’t know what I’m going to do, everything hurts, it all hurts. It hurts when I stand up, it hurts when I sit down, it hurts when I walk and hurts when I lie down.
To be fair it’s not just because of leg day. I think the last two workouts have caught up with me.

After a bit i think my body just gave out. I found myself unable to complete the workout. When I had spent 10 minutes just looking at the weights and unable to move I decided that I should call it a night and left.
